Build your dream team

First, you will learn and understand the basics of the startup world including all the fancy words and concepts. You will then focus on yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, and learn what it takes to build a strong team and how to find the right people.

#3 Matchmaking

Matchmake

Are you looking for teammates or a startup project? Either way, you will meet the right people during the Matchmaking event, which we designed so that students with different areas of expertise can mingle and create teams.

#4 Create your product

Design your product

A good idea is a good start, but it isn't worth much without proper validation. During the program, you will create prototypes and perform multiple validation rounds in a real market environment to better address customer needs.
To acquire these skills you will participate in the Value proposition creation and validation workshop on the 22nd of April which will be based on the Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodology. You will do the first validation round. You will have the chance to fine-tune your solution during the second phase.

#5 Pitch semi-final

Create a pitch

After the first validation round, you will take your first challenge. You have to do a short pitch in front of investors and business persons. The judges will evaluate the value propositions and business models and will pick the best teams proceeding to the next phase.
Even if you aren't selected, you will get access to the educational materials shared during the second phase. Also, the judges' valuable feedback can guide your team’s further growth

#6 Go to market

Test the market

A business mentor will be assigned to each selected team. You will create your business model and go to market strategy with the guidance of your mentor and other ecosystem experts while building more realistic prototypes. You will acquire the necessary skills from workshops and from online educational materials.

#7 Pitch final

Make the final pitch

The final challenge to win the prize and become a Future Founder. During the final pitch, you will showcase your skills, concept, and what you achieved in the program in front of a board of market experts, investors, and business angels.
This is where your real journey begins! But don’t worry we will be there to support you after the program as well (not just the winners).
